In a magical garden, there lived a young gardener named Sam. This wasn't an ordinary garden—it was a garden where feelings grew like flowers. There were bright yellow Joy Flowers that danced in the breeze. Deep blue Sad Flowers that drooped when it rained. Fiery red Anger Flowers that sparked when touched. And soft purple Calm Flowers that swayed gently. One day, Sam noticed the Anger Flowers were growing wild, taking over the garden. "Why are you growing so big?" Sam asked. "Because you've been ignoring us," the Anger Flowers replied. "When you feel angry but don't talk about it, we grow bigger and bigger." Sam realized this was true. At school, a friend had said something mean, and Sam had kept the angry feeling inside. The wise old tree in the garden spoke: "All feelings are welcome here, Sam. But you must tend to them. Talk about them, understand them, and they will find their right size." Sam learned to care for each feeling-flower. When the Sad Flowers appeared after losing a game, Sam watered them with tears and talked to a parent. The flowers bloomed beautifully, then gently faded. When the Joy Flowers sprouted after making a new friend, Sam celebrated them, and they spread sunshine through the garden. Sam discovered that feelings aren't good or bad—they're all part of the garden. And a good gardener learns to tend to each one with care.
